OUR SIX STEP PROCESS

Preliminary Feasibility Study determines whether
it is more cost-effective to expand or integrate the existing
system; or, start from scratch.

Unbiased assessment, to include a complete survey
of the mechanical, electrical and automated components currently
serving the facility.

Design of everything you want in BAS including our
recommendations. This will address not only the
requirements for the facility for the facility's immediate needs, but for the
future as well.

Extensive training for the Building Operations Staff to
include factory and on-site. As a part of our first year
warranty, four (4) preliminary on-site training reviews will be
conducted by Total Solutions.

Monitoring of your systems BAS needs by Total
Solutions are included as part of our first year offering.

Post-installation program includes a joint
inspection performed by a system engineer and your building
personnel to ensure installation has been properly completed for a
smooth transition
